    Come and add your voice to the vibration of potent Mantras and Kirtan with Naad Maala and guest musicians and singers for a divine evening of Kirtan and Mantra chanting.
    Join us and raise the energy by losing yourself in the sound of the chanting. Like so many have experienced, bathe in the palpable healing effects of the chanting. Through loving, joyful, and focused concentration on the sound of mantras that are potent seeds of divine sound, we set into motion the growth of trees of true compassion and wholeness within us and our surroundings.

    Major Weekend Workshop - Julie Gudmestad

    Workshop Alert: Julie's coming next weekend! Don't miss out.

    Major weekend workshop with Julie Gudmestad. This workshop will emphasize core issues for the focus group of postures, followed by deep asana practice to enhance understanding and embodiment of the teachings. Julie was anatomy columnist for the Yoga Journal for eight years and now writes for Yoga International.

  • Pranayama with Samantha Lloyd

    Samantha has been a long-time Iyengar student and member of the Calgary Iyengar community. It's over this time spent with senior teachers here and abroad that she developed her practice and love of pranayama. Teaching from the basic understanding that pranayama starts with a deep understanding and connection to savasana, this 3-hour workshop is ideal for anyone with an asana practice that wants to learn about or deepen their experience of pranayama.
