    Kundalini and Chakras
    with Pandit Dabral
    Pandit Dabral
Kundalini is an integral part of our being. It is the constant energy (prana) stream that runs up and down our spine from the pelvis to the crown. Chakras are the power stations that transform the kundalini into specific energy to operate our personalities. The amount of prana that we can generate and retain in our own selves depends on how we choose to live our lives. Learn how to deepen your awareness and access your own internal energy stream as well as the universal Kundalini in this afternoon workshop with Panditji.

Heart is the seat of intuition, love, creativity, wisdom, gratitude, faith and the like. The finest values and qualities are associated with the heart rather than the mind. Yoga can certainly help our heart.

Many heart patients have benefited from the Cardiac sequence as prescribed by Guruji BKS Iyengar. Regular yoga  practice helps Cardiovascular system as it can:

    • reduce high blood pressure
    • strengthens the heart
    • ease palpitations
    • enhance cardiac rehabilitation
    • lower cardiovascular risk factors such as cholesterol levels, blood sugar, and stress hormones
    • improve breathing for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Restorative Yoga is specifically suited to people who are recovering from Heart surgery or other issues. It is important to practice Yoga with correct alignment and technique to get maximum benefits.
